TransmodelEcosystem. Point downloads, tag discovery, and repository references at the current locations.Closes: #59
Changes
Updated both archive URL forms, the tag API URLs, and repository references. XML namespace URIs stay aligned with the schemas.
Validation
Both version-list commands return the current upstream tags. The new model projects downloaded and generated successfully using these URLs.
