Continues space-regolith curation (branch thread feat/space-regolith-records)
with scout-report candidates #11 and #10 — both defined multi-member
panels grown on martian regolith.

New records

  • 000308 — Mars Meteorite EETA79001 Microbial Growth Panel (PMID:38665180):
    E. coli B, Eucapsis sp., Chroococcidiopsis sp. Chr20-20201027-1, and
    Planococcus halocryophilus grown on actual martian regolith (EETA79001
    meteorite sawdust) — demonstrating regolith supports growth and lacks
    bactericidal agents.
  • 000309 — Mars Regolith Cyanobacteria/Microalga Biofertilizer Panel
    (PMID:35865930): Anabaena cylindrica, Nostoc muscorum (→Desmonostoc
    muscorum
    ), Arthrospira platensis (→Limnospira platensis), Chlorella
    vulgaris
    grown on MGS-1 regolith extract; end-of-life biomass tested as a
    Lemna minor biofertilizer.

Curation notes

  • Both are individual-screening panels (members never co-cultured), so
    neither carries an ecological_interactions block — forcing an
    interaction_type would misrepresent the data. The shared growth-on-regolith
    capacity lives in the description + environmental_factors (3 records already
    have no interactions, so this is an accepted honest pattern).
  • Reclassified taxa grounded to canonical NCBI Taxonomy labels (Desmonostoc
    muscorum, Limnospira platensis) with source-name notes, matching the existing
    lettuce-SynCom convention.
  • House style matches the 5 existing regolith records: ENGINEERED /
    SYNTHETIC / EXTREME_ENVIRONMENT; environment_term → ENVO:01001405
    "laboratory environment" with modeled_environment → ENVO:01000747 "regolith".

Validates locally: linkml-validate, id-label (--labels),
just validate-references; 249 tests pass. Regolith progress: 7/16 scouted
candidates curated.

Continues space-regolith curation with the genuinely multi-microbe,
interaction-bearing candidates from the scout report:

- 000310 Moss-Microbe Complex Regolith Biofertilizer
  (doi:10.1016/j.ecolind.2025.114023): Hypnum plumaeforme moss + isolated
  PGP bacteria Pseudomonas monteilii and Bacillus cereus (+ Devosia by 16S)
  as a biofertilizer on lunar (LHS)/Martian (MGS) simulants; moss
  facilitates microbial colonization (COLONIZATION_FACILITATION) and the
  co-treatment enhances barley growth (MUTUALISM).
- 000311 Legume-Rhizobia Mars Simulant Symbiosis (PMID:34879082):
  Medicago truncatula + Sinorhizobium meliloti/medicae N-fixing symbiosis
  on Mojave Mars Simulant grades (MMS-1/MMS-2); nodulation (GO:0009877) +
  nitrogen fixation (GO:0009399, nifH expression) shown functional.

Reclassified/absent taxa grounded conservatively (Hypnum at genus level).
The moss paper is non-OA with no CrossRef abstract, so its real abstract
(via OpenAlex) is appended to the validator's DOI cache for snippet
validation, mirroring the OA full-text cache pattern.

The regolith records curated in #232/#233 (Mars meteorite growth panel,
Mars-regolith cyanobacteria biofertilizer panel, moss-microbe complex
biofertilizer, legume-rhizobia Mars-simulant symbiosis) had no rendered
HTML pages. Generate them and add them to the faceted browser + landing
index (count 300 -> 304). Their modeled_environment -> ENVO:01000747
"regolith" block renders as intended (finishes NEXT_TASKS §2's
modeled_environment page-regen item for the records added since #221).

Pure whitespace-only re-render drift on the other 300 pages is left out
to keep the diff focused.
