Installer EULA and Privacy Statement labels now open the localized MicroClaw EULA and Microsoft Privacy Statement in the system browser. Settings > About exposes the same legal links with the localized EULA URL.
Validation: 32 Python installer tests, 3 SettingsView tests, and the renderer production build. A secondary clean-worktree renderer rerun was blocked by a Vitest worker timeout through a dependency junction; the same tests/build passed in the primary checkout.
