Remove inline Jev pills and their empty row spacing beneath chat messages. Linked-card navigation, excerpt correction, and retry actions remain available in the analysis popover, with read-only permissions respected.
Unit and native browser checks, types, and local CI pass. Coverage protects the linked-card limit, keyboard navigation, close-on-navigation, and read-only actions. The actual-component preview below includes the code-button behavior from #243, verified together with this change.
