Splits #1172 in two so this half can be read quickly: the wrong-target links from the docs review, the hub URLs that now only work through a redirect (
appsec-rules→waf-rules) andgolang.org→pkg.go.dev, mirrored to the v1.6–v1.8 copies.Also adds the three placeholder logos for tile images that currently 404 (rawiplist, remediationcomponent, ipdex).
Every change is a URL or link-text swap; 144 files, build passes with no broken anchors.
