Fixes the 61 high and 35 cross-section contradictions and 55 wrong-target links from the docs review, mirrored to versioned copies where still true.
Also updates redirected hub/golang URLs, adds placeholder logos for 3 missing images, and removes the obsolete Console troubleshooting page (redirected to Stack Health).
To check: CTI "22M+ observed IPs" claim and the haproxy template path (bouncer source not verified).
