ui: posts, how it works, agents and dashboard in the new style

Part 9 of 9 of the UI overhaul, stacked on #61. Each PR's diff is only its own step; review and merge in order.

The remaining pages move to the same flat card language.

What changes

• Posts: role tags, a chain filter with logos, icon steps, and the post skeleton as a bubble.
• How it works and Agents: icon headers and kickers, chain logos, check marks; addresses and code in Geist Mono.
• About and the dashboard get icon headers.
• Dashboard: wallet avatar, chain corner on each token, stat tiles with icons, and the connect and collect buttons in the new style. It reads the hydration-safe account, which fixes the hydration mismatch on /me.
• Loading screens match each page.

Checks on this branch: lint, tsc --noEmit, npm test (914 pass, 0 fail, 10 skipped), next build.
