Default AEM toggle component isn't very user friendly, as both states are marked just with different shades of grey. On the Dry Run toggle this presents risk of misinterpreting the Dry Run setting and accidentially running a script without Dry Run. Changing the "true" value color to green or blue would help with that. I'd advise against using red for "true" as some users may associate red with "off" state.
