docs: revert the agent-doc dedupe and restore the full guidance - #1637

Restores every rule #1632 collapsed into a pointer, in AGENTS.md, CONVENTIONS.md, workflow.md, CLAUDE.md, both playbooks and the skill, including the design-token bullet in workflow.md. The saving was about 1,500 tokens per build, small next to a visible drop in how apps look. The partial type-list restore from #1635 is replaced by the original text.

I'm putting the agent guidance back exactly as it was before #1632. Apps built after the dedupe looked worse (colours and polish), and the saving was only about 1,500 tokens per build, in a cached prefix. The type-list change from #1635 is superseded by the original text.
What changed
.agents/skills/webjs/SKILL.mdand the scaffold'sAGENTS.md,CONVENTIONS.md,CLAUDE.md,workflow.mdand both playbook partials. All seven files are byte-identical to their state just before docs: state each agent rule once and point to it #1632.AGENTS.md, where docs: restore the concrete type list in the scaffold AGENTS.md #1635 touched the same section; I took the pre-docs: state each agent rule once and point to it #1632 text.Docs surfaces
Everything touched is documentation. Code, MCP, editor plugins, website and Bun parity: N/A.
