Reconsider information surfaced directly on Groups' summary pages

@ruoxiran could we add this link to our main page? https://www.w3.org/groups/ig/webai/

This repository holds the list of GitHub repositories used on w3.org/groups/*/*/tools/ pages, so I'm not sure if this is the proper repository for this issue. Unless the ask is to expand the scope of this repository to other parts of the tools pages.

This request is specifically about surfacing the "minutes" link; and generally about what kind of information appears in both the summary page of a group and the tool page of that group. The rationale is to avoid hiding information "one click away".

According to what I found (team-only link):

The “type” of service determines if the service appears on the summary page, or in both the summary page and the tools page.

Apparently, “x” and “mailing list” (but only the public link) are services that appear under “Links” on the summary page, but “other” or “mastodon” only show up on the Tools page..

I didn’t find any documentation where services are displayed. There are 12 different service types.
I looked at a dozen or so groups’ summary and tools page. X and the public link of a mailing list go on the summary page and the tools pages. “Issues tracking”, “slack”, “chat”, “other”, “blog”, “wiki” and “mastodon” are displayed only on the Tools page.
I wasn’t able to determine where links are displayed for service types “blog”, “discussion forum”, “RSS” and “version control” because none of the groups I looked into had identified such a service.
