TINYDOC-3599: Replace the premium plugin lists with links to the plugins index.

Affected pages:

Changes:

• modules/ROOT/pages/editor-and-features.adoc — replaced both copies of the premium plugin list (Cloud Step 3 and Migration Step 3) with a link to plugins.adoc#premium-plugins, and rewrote the lead-in sentence so it no longer dangles. This resolves the duplicate list reported in the ticket.
• modules/ROOT/pages/features-only.adoc — same treatment applied to the single list in Step 2.
• modules/ROOT/partials/misc/plugin-support-table.adoc — replaced the embedded list with the same link, keeping the support statement in prose and preserving the Enhanced Skins & Icon Packs entry and the supported-premium-plugins anchor.
• modules/ROOT/partials/misc/premium-plugin-list.adoc — deleted. With the three changes above it had no remaining consumers.

Why link rather than keep the lists:

The partial was a hand-maintained flat list that had fallen out of date.

• Branch is correctly prefixed: hotfix/8/TINYDOC-3599
• Files have been included where required (if applicable).
• Files removed have been deleted, not just excluded from the build (if applicable). — premium-plugin-list.adoc deleted, no remaining references
• Build passes without console errors, warnings, or issues. — npx antora ./antora-playbook-local.yml clean, no unresolved xrefs
