- Added Cerbos as a 4th supported policy engine (alongside OPA, EOPA, Cedar): CerbosClient pushes policies via Cerbos's admin API.
- Inline-run support: spawns/manages the cerbos binary as a subprocess, new INLINE_CERBOS_* + admin credential config.
- Docker: new client-cerbos image stage + example compose file.
- Tests: new app-test suite + GitHub Actions workflow.
