Courses and getting-started lesson markdown were migrated to interactive
React pages under src/pages. URLs are preserved 1:1; the deleted markdown
was only generating duplicate routes. Updates the remaining
docs/getting_started/{lang}/index.md links to drop the now-stale .md
suffixes pointing at the migrated lesson pages.
