Overview
Adds documentation for the OpenConnect VPN integration so sandboxes can reach private networks (e.g. internal Postgres) via enterprise VPN protocols.

The new integrations/openconnect page covers supported VPN types (Fortinet, Cisco AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, Juniper), install steps in the app, session-time auto-connect behavior, a Postgres pairing workflow, and advanced notes on tunnel mechanics, MFA limits, and credential scoping. docs.json registers the page under the Integrations sidebar.
