Problem

agent-knowledge 1.12.0 capped agent-eval below 0.114, so current runtime consumers installed a duplicate stale evaluator alongside agent-eval 0.115.1.

Solution

Release 1.12.1 with the direct dependency aligned to agent-eval 0.115.1.

Verification

• 218 tests passed; 10 intentional network tests skipped
• typecheck passed
• lint passed
• build passed
• lockfile contains one agent-eval version: 0.115.1
