Summary

Adds --recurring-interval and --recurring-interval-count options to spend-request create, sent as recurring: { interval, interval_count }. The recurring response field is decoded in the TypeScript, Go, and Python SDKs, with an omitted interval_count defaulting to 1, and shown in interactive spend request output.

Motivation

Lets the CLI create spend requests with recurring terms. Availability is controlled server-side.

Test plan

  • All changes in PR are covered by tests
  • Failures and edge cases tested
  • Manually verified creating and retrieving recurring spend requests

Rollout/revert plan

Safe to revert

Monitoring plan

  • Change has no runtime impact
  • Change is covered by automated alerts
  • Change has other coverage (e.g. LogScale, Dashboards)

Accept undocumented --recurring-interval and --recurring-interval-count on
spend-request create, sent as recurring terms. Like --expires-at, they are
omitted from README/SKILL.md because the server gates recurring spend
requests per Link account.

Add the recurring response field to the TypeScript, Go, and Python SDKs and
show it in interactive spend request output.
The server defaults interval_count to 1 and may omit it from responses.
Treat it as optional in the TypeScript and Python SDK types, and display
a missing count as 1 in the CLI instead of "every undefined months".
The API defaults interval_count to 1, so decode an omitted count as 1
in the TypeScript, Go, and Python SDKs rather than leaving it undefined,
None, or 0. The CLI no longer needs its own fallback.
