As reported by @comp64 there does seem to be some incorrectly defined laws.
I checked 120 and 82 and they in fact don't match. Unfortunately it does appear the problem is a bit deeper and does require a full re-validation of the laws.
Re-verifying all the laws is a very tedious manual process of "guessing", I'll probably get around to it but not any time soon.
