Got the code to work on the current 'public-routing-data-storage' project.
Copied all the current data out of the personal project (ouch fees!) and into the bigquery database in 'public-routing-data-storage'
App-Engine service provides the frontend for queries: https://historical-roas.rarc.net/
Cloud Scheduler handles getting updates from the current source-of-truth: https://hosted-routinator-east.rarc.net/
Added tests to the code, along with coverage reporting and testing on commit/push.
