Update Simplity Chinese translation of document - #360

- community-supported-devices: add the Galaxy S10+ and OnePlus 9 entries. - Anland: give the extra guides their own section and lift the navigation heading to the English level. - Networking-From-Zero: drop the navigation block English no longer has. - Nix-NixOS: restore the English section structure and heading levels. - Uninstallation: rewrite from the current English page. The Chinese README now carries the same ten sections as the English one, with the Chinese hero image, the current documentation table and links that resolve from Documentation/zh-CN/. The lagging-translation note is gone. Signed-off-by: GCross <176783842+404-GCross@users.noreply.github.com>
