We want to do the following
Have phpstorm pointed to a wsl folder but not running in remote development since remote development is really buggy.
Use switch2cursor to open cursor using wsl remote development.
Right now it just opens cursor on the windows mapped file path instead of in wsl. Cursor won't work with our tools correctly unless we run it in wsl.
