This PR bumps backend/uv.lock (notably icalendar 6.1.0 → 7.3.0 and pypdf 6.13.3 → 6.19.0), with two small follow-up fixes: switching REFRESH-INTERVAL in schedule/views.py to a datetime.timedelta (required by the icalendar upgrade) and updating PDF text-extraction assertions in visa/tests/test_tasks.py to match pypdf's new output format.
