feat: turn the Press page into News (Actualités) - #10

Rename content, layout, data file, CSS classes and translation keys from press to news, and retitle the page Actualités / News / Noticias / Notícies. The page content and layout are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Date every item and keep the list newest first. Add coverage from the open issues of the previous site (info.fr, Crédit Agricole d'Île-de-France, Feux de Forêt, France Inter, franceinfo, 12actu, Europe 1) with local logos, and feature France Inter, franceinfo and Europe 1 on the home page.
