chore: bump companion detector to pyronear/yolov11s v8.2.0 - #78

The detector HF repo may be tag-versioned with a moving default branch. Detector gains an optional revision passed to hf_hub_download so a declared tag is what gets fetched and hash-checked.
Source hf:pyronear/yolov11s at tag v8.2.0 (release Swift Swallow), sha256 verified locally. Update the coupled dvc.yaml dep, train workflow pull path, docs and model card.
- Make Detector.revision required so a future bump cannot silently fetch the moving main branch. - Show source@revision in the eval viewer sidebar; source alone no longer identifies the detector version. - Reword model-versioning §6: v8.2.0 is the configured detector, not yet the served one (no model.zip rebuilt). - Drop the orphaned nimble-narwhal .dvc pointer. - Cover provenance.detector.revision in the eval model-config test.

Existing manifests without it are unaffected: they are read as plain dicts, not throughDetector.train/dvc.yamlpackage dep, train workflowdvc pull, docs and model card. New weights fetched, SHA-256 verified, DVC-tracked and pushed to the S3 remote (pointer committed); the orphaned nimble-narwhal.dvcpointer is removed (weights stay on S3).source@revision, sincesourcealone no longer identifies the detector version.train/dvc.lockstill records the old dep path until the nextdvc repro, and no model.zip has been rebuilt with the new detector yet (the served model still bundles nimble-narwhal v6.0.0).
