Auto-merge all Dependabot version updates - #56

Drop the minor/patch eligibility gate so majors also auto-approve and auto-merge once required checks pass. Group production majors the same way as development majors to reduce PR noise. Co-authored-by: ProxyMesh AI <proxymeshai@users.noreply.github.com>
