• Consolidate release workflows into publish.yml to match typescript-template
• Align oxlint/oxfmt configs with the template and reformat with oxfmt
• Bump e2e Next.js dependency and update CONTRIBUTING for Release Please

• CI validate workflow passes (lint, types matrix, e2e matrix, build)
• Package builds with tsdown
• Playwright e2e suite passes with secrets configured
