Adds attachments functionality to the MAUITodo demo. Uses
${AppDirectory}/attachmentsdirectory for local storage and the Node.js backend demo's/api/attachments/:idpath for remote storage.I tested this by running both an Android and an iOS simulator and observing attachments and syncing behaviour between devices, which seems to be working as intended.
