Added new entries to .gitignore for .learnings, .claude/, and .husky directories. Removed the obsolete NOTE.md file that contained outdated audit notes and issues. Updated package.json to include new scripts for syncing and checking queries.
Updated the SectionHeading component in overview.tsx to conditionally apply a top margin based on the presence of repoInfo, improving layout consistency.
