Translation of php/doc-en#2181 (commit 822b082856): the deprecation applies to creating a dynamic property on a class not marked with
#[\AllowDynamicProperties], and stdClass, the attribute and property overloading remain supported. New note and examples for the attribute page. EN-Revision updated.Fixed the capitalization of a section title in properties.xml along the way.
