  • Clover, Cobertura and PHPUnit XML reports throw CoverageReportNotWritten when the target directory or file cannot be written. The message names the path and the filesystem reason instead of a bare mkdir(): Permission denied warning.
  • The run now exits non-zero on such a failure; before, it passed without the report.
  • One unwritable target no longer stops the other reports: they are written and announced, then the first failure is rethrown.
  • testo-coverage skill documents the exception and the Windows-path-in-Linux pitfall behind the report.

Checklist

…t be written

Reports wrote their files unchecked, so an unwritable target printed a bare `mkdir(): Permission denied` warning and the run still passed. The remaining reports are written before the first failure is rethrown, so one bad target does not cost the others.

Closes #375
