The picker rendered a bare , whose digit order follows the
browser's locale whatever the app's culture, and it silently ignored DateFormat
and AdornmentIcon. The visible field is now a text input formatted with
DateFormat (default: the current culture's short date pattern); the native
picker sits invisibly over the calendar glyph for the mouse. Typed entries parse
with DateFormat then leniently in the current culture, respect MinDate/MaxDate,
and snap back when they don't parse; Clearable lets an empty entry clear the
date; Editable=false makes the text read-only. Bumps the version to 0.2.4.
