Adding template for grafana ini values as Grafana-helm application owns gf-grafana cm → renders role_attribute_path with old group names grafana-kustomize tries to patch that same cm → gets overwritten by grafana-helm immediately, hence updated the default values in values.yaml file to see if it picks up by cluster
