Install only Chromium's headless shell and its system dependencies, matching the browsers exercised by the current CI suite. Add a ten-minute timeout to the install step so a slow package mirror cannot consume most of a CI run.
For example, this job spent 27 minutes downloading Ubuntu packages; the browser downloads afterward took roughly 14 seconds:
https://github.com/pestphp/pest-plugin-browser/actions/runs/40560194984/job/122387137203
This reduces unnecessary dependencies; it does not guarantee that Ubuntu mirrors will always be fast. Browser installation will need expanding if CI starts exercising Firefox, WebKit, or headed Chromium.
Validated the workflow YAML, checked the suite for other browser requirements, and ran the Playwright install command in dry-run mode locally. Linux installation and the full suite are left to CI.
