Align dashboard E2E journeys with the Base default

Summary

• keep Polygon-specific funding and MXN journeys pinned to the Polygon transfer prefill
• verify an unprefilled transfer defaults to Base and requests a Base quote
• prevent the nightly dashboard suite from depending on the application default network

Testing

• bun lint:fix
• bun typecheck (apps/dashboard)
• bun run test:e2e (apps/dashboard): 73 passed
