Adapt to hydrator 2 - #337

event-sourcing 4.0.x now requires hydrator 2, so the bundle could no longer be installed. The normalizers get the new context argument, the renamed DoctrineCipherKeyStore is used and upcasters are now hydrator upcasters collected into an UpcastExtension. Also fixes the namespace of two test fixtures that were never autoloaded.

event-sourcing 4.0.x-dev now requires hydrator ^2.0.2, which made composer install fail for the whole 4.0.x branch.
The normalizers implement the new
$contextargument,ExtensionDoctrineCipherKeyStoreis replaced by the renamedDoctrineCipherKeyStoreand the removedUpcasterChainis gone. Upcasters now implement the hydratorUpcasterinterface and are collected into anUpcastExtension(beforeTransform stage), the docs are updated accordingly.While at it I fixed the namespace of the
DummyExtensionandDummyGuesserfixtures, they were never autoloaded sotestHydratoronly passed depending on test order.
