On a fresh Intel Mac, the linked environment guide only asks for Xcode tools and Rust, but the immediately following uv sync must build cryptography 50 from source because no Intel wheel is available. As docs/getting-started/packaging.md:20 notes, this configuration requires Homebrew openssl@3; without adding that prerequisite here or to the linked environment guide, the documented recovery procedure fails before the development environment can start.

Preserve a complete development handoff before the user deletes this machine's ClassFox checkout. Add a fresh-machine recovery guide, link it from README/docs navigation, and refresh release evidence and current project state.
A fresh clone from GitHub main 6c71657 was installed independently using the locked Python, desktop and mini-program dependencies. Passed: 202 backend tests and backend typecheck; 22 frontend tests/typecheck/build; 36 mini-program tests/typecheck/build; two bundle tests; 10 Edge browser scenarios; actual Python/Node loopback interop; strict docs build. These are fresh-checkout tests on the same Mac. Existing native build/frozen-backend CI 38866058139 remains applicable because no application, dependency or build code changed.
All local commits are already on remote branches, no stash exists, and v2.1.1's permanent remote release checksum manifest matches the three local installers. Public website/download links and both pinned domestic model sources remain accessible. Known issues #3/#6/#9/#12 and WeChat v2.5 acceptance work remain documented.
No personal database, configuration, credentials, model weights, dependency caches or build products are included. Local deletion awaits the user's second confirmation of exact targets and handling of personal classroom data, as their global rules require. Relevant docs/web checks and independent docs review precede rebase merge and Pages deployment.
