Add Get Connected or Community page

We should help new people get connected as easily as possible without having to trawl GitHub, docs or Slack.

I think a top-level landing-page accessed by a link called Community or Get Connected would be ideal. The content would show how to join Slack / GitHub / How to make a first contribution and mention Zoom calls, the YouTube video archive and link to Ken's stats function showing # of contributions etc.

That would be great, I think a community page would be perfect for this:

• Follow OpenFaaS across social media (GitHub, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• One-click request to join slack (similar to https://thecodeteam.com/community/#join)
• Can also include more general information about Industry recognition and events, both kept at a high level (just an overview) with links to their spots on the openfaas GitHub page, to keep updating easy.
