Added optional environment models:
Added AssetManager, which manages large external files and dependencies. Will download environmental models from their supplier website.
All tests run using the onboard (included) DE421, IGRF14.shc, and Bright Star Catalog, as to prevent pings to supplier websites during tests/CI.
