Summary

Consolidates eight open Dependabot dev-dependency bumps into a single PR.

Supersedes #85, #86, #94, #95, #97, #98, #99, #100

Only package.json and package-lock.json change. No source changes. The lockfile was regenerated with npm 10 (npx npm@10 install) because npm 11 lockfiles break npm ci on the node 20/22 CI runners. The lockfile's stale root version (1.20.2) is also corrected to match package.json (1.21.1).

Test evidence

All runs used node 20.20.2 and npm 10, with NoJS Core cloned from main as a sibling directory, the same way CI does it.

• npx npm@10 ci: clean install succeeds.
• npm test: 21/21 suites passed, 519 tests passed, 5 skipped.
• npm run build: succeeds. The output in dist/ is byte-identical to main, so there is no dist change to commit.
• cd e2e && npx playwright test --project=chromium: 145/145 passed (Chromium headless shell 156, Playwright 1.64.0).

Node 22 was not available locally, so the e2e job's node 22 runtime is verified by CI only.

• Unit tests: 519 pass.
• E2E (Chromium): 145/145 pass.
• Build: dist/ output identical to main.
