I saw the maintainer notice for React Performance Devtool. The project has both npm and Chrome/Firefox extension distribution, which makes a responsible modernization path worth evaluating.
I’m interested in taking long-term responsibility for the project. My initial focus would be:
- assess compatibility with current React profiling APIs and browser extension requirements
- review Manifest V3, store publishing, privacy, and the npm/extension integration
- restore tests, documentation, and a reliable cross-browser release process
