Phase 17 B1 — frontend/geo audit closure + innovations for singlewindow.
Gaps closed: G1 (env-driven CSP extras + worker-src), G2 (GeospatialPortal routed at /app/geo/portal), G3 (import.meta.env Cesium token, Ion-free honest state), G4 (env-driven Fluvio WS URL + disabled state), G5 (maplibre-gl/cesium pinned bundled deps, no runtime CDN), G6 (CargoTrackingMap window.map fix), G7 (PortHeatmap render-in-render fix), G8 (unit tests incl. MapView smoke), G9 (env mapId), G10 (SW tile caching — SW already existed, added CacheFirst tile cache), G12 (map aria roles), G13 (portal labels/errors). Innovations: #1 unified 2D/3D portal, #2 AIS vessel layer + track replay w/ stale indicators, #3 Cesium 3D port-approach (lazy same-origin bundle), #4 congestion heatmap layer from real router data, #7 route/ETA overlay, #8 low-data + reduced-motion mode.
Quality gate (local, tarball checkout): tsc --noEmit clean; vitest 23/23 pass (geo, useFluvioFeed, csp, Map.test.tsx); vite build green with lazy maplibre chunk + /cesium/ same-origin assets.
IMPORTANT post-merge action: pnpm-lock.yaml could not be transmitted via the GitHub API tooling (434KB); run
pnpm install --lockfile-onlyonce on main (regenerated lockfile sha256 0b0e05c09ffee87aee5c50dfc9adb59a15bb08e1cd0e74fab4ee3898af028db7) or CI frozen-lockfile installs will fail.
