Reorder redirects & fix some more

• first commit changes the order so that it's roughly alphabetical
• second commit adds a couple more redirects from legacy-confs
• second commit also fixes a bug where a wildcard to an external link prepends a backslash. for example:

    {
      "source": "/hc/en-us/articles/115004560686*",
      "destination": "https://mixpanel.com/blog/what-is-web-analytics/"
    },

leads to /https://mixpanel.com/blog/what-is-web-analytics/ instead. new idea is just to have the regular id and the one with the longer slug.
