I'd like to mark a test method as ignored via code (instead of using a condition attribute).
It's currently possible to mark a test as inconclusive (via Assert.Inconclusive("...")), but that is considered a test failure (by Test Explorer, ReSharper and TeamCity).
Would it be possible to introduce an Assert.Ignore("...") method that, when invoked, considers the test as ignored.
