This PR preserves consecutive TCP asynchronous socket errors in bounded FIFO queues across LiteBox and the Linux broker backend, keeps equal-valued connection and socket error occurrences distinct where their source affects handling, and serializes destructive status reconciliation without blocking full-duplex reads and writes.
