chore(deps): upgrade to SvelteKit 3, Node 26 and the latest dependencies - #325

- Move the Svelte config into the sveltekit() Vite plugin (svelte.config.js is gone in Kit 3). - Replace $lib, $generated and @frameworks aliases with #lib, #generated and #frameworks subpath imports. - Rename $app/environment to $app/env and use goto({ replace, reset: false }). - Extend $app/tsconfig. - Bump vite-plus to 1.3.0 with vitest 5.0.5, satori to 0.62, Node to 26. - Keep TypeScript on 6: Kit 3 and svelte-check peer ranges stop there.

CI now fails if_redirects,sitemap.xmlor404.htmlis missing fromdist.Local checks: build (153 compare pages, 153 OG images),
check:ci, 31 unit tests, knip,check:toolchain. Checked in a browser onvp preview: framework switching updates the URL, compare pages render, OG images render with satori 0.62, no console errors. On the Pages preview,/compare/react-vs-svelte5and/compare/vue-vs-react/answer 301 to their canonical pages.
