Logo management.

We have two logos - logo_light.svg is the default one, but I'm not sure what script makes it. logo_dark.svg was made with Inkscape, monkeying the colors to look OK

We should have a script somewhere that makes the logos. @timhoffm I think you made logo2.svg->logo_light.svg? Can we add the script, perhaps to this repo, or the main repo?

I believe it is current and accurate, and just needs a toggle for dark mode color.
