Reference lowRISC articles of association

In the OpenTitan technical charter (https://static.opentitan.org/technical-charter.pdf), which is linked from the OpenTitan documentation (https://docs.opentitan.org/doc/project/), we refer to the lowRISC CIC Articles of Association. ("This Charter is subject to the lowRISC CIC Articles of Association.") These are available from the companies house web site (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09272283), but that's in reasonably ugly scanned form.

Can we put up a solid PDF of HTML of the Articles of Association on our web site?

The scanned version might be ugly, but it is canonical and up to date so I think is the best one to point to. I think we should link our company number on the about page to https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09272283 and that should do the job for anyone looking for more information on articles of association, current officers, filings etc. The relevant Companies House page is the first result when searching for: lowRISC CIC Articles of Association so I don't think anyone will have problems finding it.
