bsnes 2014 Accuracy, bsnes 2014 Balanced, and bsnes 2014 Performance

Currently there are no cores (bsnes_accuracy.so, bsnes_balanced.so, bsnes_performance.so) for any architecture (I checked all latest sub-dirs for all architectures in https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/ with a script) for:
bsnes_accuracy.md
bsnes_balanced.md
bsnes_performance.md

The core names are bsnes2014_accuracy_libretro.so, bsnes2014_balanced_libretro.so, and bsnes2014_performance_libretro.so respectively. Example for https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/x86_64/latest/ :

• https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/x86_64/latest/bsnes2014_accuracy_libretro.so.zip
• https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/x86_64/latest/bsnes2014_balanced_libretro.so.zip
• https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/x86_64/latest/bsnes2014_performance_libretro.so.zip

Workaround 1: Rename the old documents

• Rename https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes_accuracy.md to https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes2014_accuracy.md
• Rename https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes_balanced.md to https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes2014_balanced.md
• Rename https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes_performance.md to https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes2014_performance.md

Workaround 2: Add new documents

Keep

• https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes_accuracy.md
• https://github.com/libretro/docs/blob/master/docs/library/bsnes_balanced.md

And add these pages in addition

just offhand, I'd say renaming the docs pages to include the '2014' seems like the most reasonable way to go. Since the 'mercury' cores are based on the exact same codebase, just with some very minor changes, I'd say they can fit in there, too.

So, maybe instead of renaming them, we just say that the information applies both to 2014 and mercury flavors unless otherwise indicated.
