docs(filecoin): add network parity audit and interop matrix

What was wrong?

Fixes #1481

Module 1 Filecoin network parity / interop documentation was never landed on current main. Draft #1278 attempted it but was stale/conflicting and entangled obsolete swarm/pubsub rewrites. Upstream Module 1 intent: seetadev/py-libp2p#29, seetadev/py-libp2p#30.

How was it fixed?

Summary of approach.

• Added docs/filecoin_network_parity_and_interop.rst and artifacts/filecoin/network_parity_and_interop.v1.json with consistency tests.
• Linked from docs index, architecture positioning, examples, and the constant parity matrix.
• Softened claims about live negotiated transport/security/muxer metadata in demos (tracked in feat(filecoin): capture negotiated transport/security/muxer metadata for interop probes #1482).
• Branched from origin/main after docs(filecoin): add protocol support matrix and pubsub compatibility snapshot #1480 merged; no libp2p/pubsub/* / swarm / security / muxer core changes.

• #1482 — negotiated connection metadata for interop probes

• Clean up commit history
• Add or update documentation related to these changes
• Add entry to the release notes (newsfragments/1481.docs.rst)
