Skill: skills/skym, with a guide for watching on a schedule - #16

Conversation
The skill moves to skills/skym, the layout skills are installed from. watching.md tells an agent running on a schedule how to watch on its own: what to compare with what it told, what to look for beyond skym's verdicts, when to speak and when to stay silent, what to remember between runs, and to signal a dead man's switch so its own silence is noticed. SKILL.md only points at it, so answering questions loads nothing more.

skill/toskills/skym/(the layout skills are installed from); links in README and docs updated.skills/skym/watching.mdfor an agent that runs on a schedule and decides on its own what to tell: per-run steps (away check, overview, compare with what it told by incident identity, look beyond the verdicts, decide, remember, dead man's switch), a memory example, don'ts and cost.SKILL.mdgains one line pointing at it, so answering questions loads nothing more.Message wording and language are left to each deployment.
