Overview
Release 11.7.0 bumps SDK version metadata (manifest, podspec, Xcode project, README install pins, and
ReportingConsts.sdkVersion) and adds the 11.7.0 changelog entry.The shipped behavior in this release (from prior commits) improves flag data source resilience: terminal flag sync errors no longer take the data source offline—the client keeps retrying/reconnecting and can recover connection mode after a successful sync. Event delivery is decoupled from flag sync failures so event pipeline errors no longer alter flag connection state or stop flag delivery.
